Please reach out to your state and federal representatives, asking them to keep funding for libraries. You can do so by following this link.
Libraries are supported by book mobiles and vans. Help support our library and our book van. Through out the year, we have 1,800 more books to be checked out, without having to buy them.

Any time the USD #251 schools are closed for wintry weather the library will be closed. This also includes ice, blowing snow, blizzard like conditions, and arctic temperatures. This is for the safety of patrons and staff.
The Americus Township Library will be hosting Dianne Bedner Smith for a book signing on November 13th. She will be at the library from 1 to 5pm. There will be 25 books and are available for order via Amazon. All money raised goes to the NLC Veterans Memorial.
