June 27th will be our last summer program. We will be having a rocket race and giving out prizes!

On June 25, we will be doing a sun catcher craft. After the library craft, we will have the Crafty Crocheters to help teach the children about crocheting and start some crafts.

We will be lucky enough to have the NLC Junior High science teacher coming to talk space with us! We will start at 10am on June 20th.

On June 18, we will be doing a painting craft. We will be using paint, so be sure to dress for this.After the library craft, we will have the Crafty Crocheters to help teach the children about crocheting and start some crafts.

Logs are available for pickup on May 18th, and last turn in will be August 17th.
Birth – 5 years old: Please consider using our 1000 Books Before Kindergarten packets. This way you can use the same book for both programs. With Summer Reading the child can get a prize for every 10 books, and every 100 for the 1000 Books Program.
Kindergarten through 5th grade: We have reading logs available at the library. Prizes will be given out for every 10 book written on the log.
6th – 12th grade: Come to the library and get a 15 book reading log. When it is filled out, and returned to the library, we will enter your name into a grand prize drawing.
Adults: Come to the library to get the 15 book reading log. When the log is filled out, and returned to the library, we will put your name in a grand prize drawing.
*To get any prizes or put in a drawing, your log must be turned in to the library. Unlimited prize or drawing opportunities are available*

June is Summer Reading Program. We are lucky to have an amazing Summer Reading Program scheduled. We have programs and crafts this year. On our craft days, we will have a library craft, and those that wish, will have to opportunity to work with the Crafty Crocheters to learn more about crochet and start making projects.Below is our current schedule. We do not intend on any changes but please look at our Facebook and webpage to find out if there are any.
